• 50% Deposit on daily rates confirm the booking.
• A fax or e-mail will be immediately send once proof of payment has been received.
• The balance of the daily rate of the duration of your safari is payable prior to commencement of the safari.
• Every person is required to sign a Lichenry Hunting and Safaris indemnity form before the commencement of the safari.
• All payments must be made in cash (Visa and MasterCard) or Bank Transfers.
• We generally recommend a hunting period of 10+ days.
• Any damages to hired equipment will be payable by the client.
• Daily rates are charged on the day of arrival and the day of departure.
• We tailor make your South African hunting and safari to your needs.
• The following will comply to cancellations:

  More than 90 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total safari price is refunded.
  Between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total safari price is refunded.
  Less than 15 days prior to arrival, NO refund.

• A shooting range is available to set bow; shooting abilities will be tested prior to hunt.
• Any shot taken on an animal will pay for the animal in full.
• No hunting without resident trackers.
• The tracker is only a guide and the HUNTER is responsible for the species and gender identification, irrespective of the condition of the animal.
• REMEMBER THE HUNTER PULLS THE TRIGGER AND NOT THE TRACKER.
• No alcohol may be given to trackers.
• DO NOT TRY TO BRIBE THE TRACKERS AS YOU WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE THE FARM WITHOUT A REFUND OF ANY KIND ……..
• Kindly pay attention to objects/animals behind your target during the hunt.
• The price quoted is final and no discussion in this regard will take place during or before the hunt.
• Please do not litter, keep it in your pocket until you get back to the lodge.
• The pool area is not fenced off, please do not leave children un-attended.
• All rooms are NON-SMOKING please smoke outside of the lodge and put your cigarette buds in the litter bin provided.
• Wood is given at no charge, please do not miss use it.
• General rules for bow hunters will be given before the hunt. Hunters can contact the Owner for more information before they make their bookings.
• ALL ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE UNDERTAKEN ARE DONE SO AT EACH GUEST’S OWN RISK.
